"Phoenix Rising!", known as "Dance of the Phoenix!!" in the Japanese version, is the 190th chapter of Yu-Gi-Oh! Duelist in the English version and the 249th chapter of Yu-Gi-Oh! in the Japanese version.

Turn 12: Dark Marik
Dark Marik pays 1000 LP as the cost for activating "The Sun Dragon Ra"'s third effect. (Dark Marik: 1400) "Gilford the Lightning" is destroyed by "The Sun Dragon Ra"'s effect. Since this is a Shadow Game, Jonouchi is burned as well. "The Sun Dragon Ra" disappears from Marik's field, since Spell Cards only last for one turn on God Cards.
