Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship Series Lima 2023 was a Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship Series held at the ESAN Convention and Sports Center Universidad ESAN in Lima from February 11-12, 2023.

The main event was won by Jhon Guerrero from Ecuador, playing "Adventurer Spright". In the finals, he defeated Nestor Huanacuni from Peru, who played the same type of deck. The Top 4 competitors, Ayrton Mucching from Peru and Jose Castillo from Chile, played "Kashtira" and "Adventurer Salamangreat" decks respectively.
This event marked Jhon Guerrero's second YCS win in under two months, as he had also won the Remote Duel YCS Latin America 2023 previously.
