"What Lies Beyond the Entertainment!?" is the fourth chapter of the Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V The Strongest Duelist Yuya!! manga. It was first published October 1, 2015, in the Saikyō Jump magazine.
Summary[]
Yuya Duels Reiji Akaba for an exhibition Duel, but the latter's tactics surprise him and everyone else.

Note: This Duel uses a special gameplay in order to make it simpler for the children, which makes the Monster Cards have no effects whatsoever.
Duel continues from the previous chapter.
Turn 3: Reiji
Reiji attacks and destroys "Performapal Helpprincess" (1200/1200) with "D/D/D Flame King Genghis" (2000/1500) (Yuya 3500 → 2700). Next, he attacks and destroys "Performapal Friendonkey" (1600/600) with "D/D/D Wave King Caesar" (2400/1200/2 ORU) (Yuya 2700 → 1900). Lastly, he attacks and destroys the Defense Position "Performapal Springoose" (1100/2400) with "D/D/D Gust King Alexander" (2500/2000).
Turn 4: Yuya
Using the already set Pendulum Scales of "Stargazer Magician" (
1) and "Timegazer Magician" (
8), Yuya Pendulum Summons "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon" (2500/2000). At this point, Yuya obtains an Action Card, "Gravity Turn", and activates it, targeting "Odd-Eyes". Yuya attacks and destroys "Temujin" with "Odd-Eyes" (Reiji 3000 → 2500). Since "Odd-Eyes" destroyed a monster by battle, the effect of "Gravity Turn" activates, increasing its ATK by 100 ("Odd-Eyes" ATK 2500 → 2600) and allowing it to attack again. Yuya attacks and destroys "Ceaser" with "Odd-Eyes" (Reiji 2500 → 2300). With this, the effect of "Gravity Turn" activates again ("Odd-Eyes" ATK 2600 → 2700). Yuya attacks and destroys "Alexander" with "Odd-Eyes" (Reiji 2300 → 2100).
Turn 5: Reiji
During his Standby Phase, Reiji takes a total of 2000 damage from the effects of "Dark Contract with the Gate" and "Dark Contract with the Swamp King" (Reiji 2100 → 100).[Notes 1] At this point, Reiji obtains an Action Card. Using the already set Pendulum Scales of "D/D Savant Galilei" ( 1) and "D/D Savant Kepler" ( 10), Reiji Pendulum Summons "D/D/D Doom King Armageddon" (3000/1000). Reiji attacks and destroys "Odd-Eyes" with "Armageddon" (Yuya 1900 → 1400). Since Yuya's monster was destroyed by battle, Reiji activates the Action Card "Space Debris", inflicting damage to him equal to the DEF of the destroyed "Odd-Eyes" (Yuya 1400 → 0).
