Kalin's handless combo Type Zero has Jack backed into a corner! However, the King just might have a secret plan for victory. Meanwhile, the Skeleton Knight appears and tells Yusei that Sect is in the aerial fortress beyond the Duel Gate! Can Yusei's loyalty overcome Sect's thirst for power and save Sect from the Skeleton Knight?[2]
Story[]
New Domino City, in the year 20XX, Turbo Duels, fought from the seats of motorcycled-shaped duel disks called "Duel Runners," are the hottest game in town.
As the strongmen of the Dueling world slug it out, Yusei wins the second round of the D1 Grand Prix in style! Meanwhile, Sect acquires a Duel Dragon and has fallen into the darkness and disappeared along with the Skeleton Knight. Searching for a way to find Sect, Yusei begins a duel with Leo and Luna, twin Turbo duelists who both hold Duel Dragons![2]
In the Next Volume…[]
Sect caught in the grip of the Skeleton Knight, Sect faces off with Akiza in an epic duel. Elsewhere the scheming Lazar sets up another trap wile Yusei races to confront Jack Atlas.

- Yusei Fudo - A Turbo Duelist who rides a Duel Runner. He's the toughest duelist in the satellite district.
- Sect - He's like a kid brother to Yusei. His goal is to be Yusei in a Turbo Duel.
- Akiza Izinki - A Turbo Duelist who holds the title "Queen of Queens".
- Jack Atlas - A Turbo Duelist known as "the King," and feared by all around him.
- Kalin Kessler - A fiendishly strong Turbo Duelist whose specialty is his "handless combo."
- Crow Hogan - A super high-speed synchro-user, nicknamed "The Black Whirlwind".
- Leo & Luna - Each of these twin Turbo Duelists has a Duel Dragon. Goodwin, the tournament host, has told them to find Duelists compatible with the Duel Dragons.
