White Magician Pikeru is a character version of the card, "White Magician Pikeru". She appears in several Yu-Gi-Oh! video games.

In GX Spirit Caller, she appears as a Duel Monster Spirit. By beating her a few times, she can be unlocked for use by the player. She can be found at the Abandoned Dorm, Dried Well, and Coliseum.

In Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2008, the player first encounters Pikeru in the World of Grace, where she asks for a "cute" card. (Cards that qualify include Kuriboh, Baby Dragon, and Dark Magician Girl.) If the player gives her a card she likes, the player is then able to duel Ebon Magician Curran on the same map. In order to duel Curran again, the player must find Pikeru again and give her another card. Repeating this process five times unlocks Pikeru as an opponent in Free Duel Mode.
