I'd love to help you with your Madolche deck, I love that archetype anyways. From what I can see it doesn't look all that bad, it looks like a build I used to use.
Personally I find Marmalmaid and Chouxvalier a little less useful right now, if we get normal Madolche spells Marmalmaid will become amazing but a 2000 Def wall that can get Ticket or Chateau back is kinda nice, and I can understand Chouxvalier but its a little too inconsistant to get both out at the same time. Have you tried using Double Summon or even Cardcar D? Double Summon will let you normal summon more monsters in a single turn allowing Butlerusk to get his effect off more easily, and Cardcar allows you to go through your deck a little quicker and since Madolches prefer normal summoning his special summoning restriction won't really matter too much.
- Drawing a good hand is something a lot of decks have problems with. Without One Day of Peace or Dealings, your best bet is with Upstart Goblins or Shard of Greed. I would say Reckless Greed but that only works with certain decks that don't rely on their draw phase too much (Dark Worlds being the best choice) and Madolche tend to need their draw phase. Other than draw power, you can try stuff to search, Reinforcement of the Army has 5 targets in your deck so it could work, plus if you have Mew with RotA in hand you get an instant +1.
