Superancient Deepsea King Coelacanth

Superancient Deepsea King Coelacanth is part of Deep Sea because it includes (しん) (かい) --hanmac (talkcontribs) 14:54, December 20, 2019 (UTC)

Yet it only works with Fish while the Deep Sea cards work with Sea-Serpent... Pitifulheartles (talkcontribs) 15:06, December 20, 2019 (UTC)
Shining Abyss is a Light/Fairy, but is also part of the Abyss Archetype due to Japanese name (and thus, no synergy at all with the rest of the members, compared to Coelacanth who can do some combo with Prima Donna). --Omega-003 (talkcontribs) 15:15, December 20, 2019 (UTC)
Yes but according to the TCG it's called Abyss- not Abyss. Or are you going to be like User:GameKing1993 and his obsession with Doron being a Drone card just because its OCG name is the same as the other Drones? Pitifulheartles (talkcontribs) 15:21, December 20, 2019 (UTC)
Quote from Magician (archetype):
Due to their Japanese names, a number of older cards, such as "Time Wizard" and "Night Wing Sorceress", also fall into this archetype. Also, several older cards, such as the "Dark Magician" archetype and "Magician of Faith", include "Magician" in their English names but are not part of this archetype. However, because TCG and OCG support for this archetype only works on Pendulum Monsters and Continuous Spell Cards, neither have been an issue in the English version.

Deep Sea

I will direct you to this page and remind you that while the King Coelacanth is a member of the series by name, it's simply an exception that doesn't exactly impact the play. Energy X 19:05, December 20, 2019 (UTC)

I would like you to settle the differences with the user first, see if grammar is correct for that sentence. Energy X 21:35, January 12, 2020 (UTC)

MasterMarik and I've already agreed what it should be. Pitifulheartles (talkcontribs) 22:12, January 12, 2020 (UTC)
Well if that is the case you should then converse with the other user too, to reach an agreement. It's best to avoid such confrontations. Energy X 22:18, January 12, 2020 (UTC)

Willlux Reverts

Going through all my edits and undoing them is pretty pathetic Marik (yes I know its you), we can keep this feud going on or just bury the hatchet here, it's up to you. Willlux (talkcontribs) 16:12, January 19, 2020 (UTC)

Thinking I'm MasterMarik is an insult to him. I'm someone completely different. I'm always making corrections on this wiki when things that have been accepted for ever suddenly get changed just because someone thinks they know better without looking at the evidence. Pitifulheartles (talkcontribs) 16:15, January 19, 2020 (UTC)

So you just happened to change two of the only edits I've made right after each other by complete random chance? That would be quite the coincidence. Willlux (talkcontribs) 16:20, January 19, 2020 (UTC)

No I follow many people, including Energy X, MasterMarik, BlazeWu at least. Pitifulheartles (talkcontribs) 16:23, January 19, 2020 (UTC)

Same old discussion and edit. Also please stop calling each other vandals because it is simply a matter of opinion. Energy X 17:26, January 19, 2020 (UTC)

Like the last issue with the guy over the grammar, please talk things over first, then we can do appropriate action. Energy X 18:05, January 19, 2020 (UTC)
I would happily do that. But shouldn't it be set back to its original state before the initial edit in question by Willlux was made? Pitifulheartles (talkcontribs) 18:07, January 19, 2020 (UTC)

It has been done already. Though I would suggest to leave some sort of a note how this rarity was referred to as before. Energy X 19:02, January 22, 2020 (UTC)

Prismatic Secret/Alternate Rare was more of a placeholder rather than anything official. Pitifulheartles (talkcontribs) 19:15, January 22, 2020 (UTC)

Edit Warring

While I'm inactive, I need you to stop edit warring of all kinds: That is, even if you believe you have the better argument, or you even are clearly in the right, you do not continue edit warring.

That said, your solution is to warn Admin or Content Mods. Generally Igor, Supratim or Marik. They will intervene it for you. If all else fail, I can step in too if you message me on my wall or ping me in Discord.

I'll say that this behavior of your has costed us four potential editors. Don't increase this count anymore.0123456789 The GreatだいなるNumbersナンバーズ 18:46, January 25, 2020 (UTC)

I do, but I would rather have the page set back before it is locked. Pitifulheartles (talkcontribs) 04:50, January 26, 2020 (UTC)
Repeating that attitude more than once is what cause edit war. You may use undo once in that case: The second time you feel the need to use it because the other side use undo, it's time to call the mods.
Not saying you're the wrong here, but I really need you to stop that attitude. 0123456789 The GreatだいなるNumbersナンバーズ 08:46, January 26, 2020 (UTC)

Card table update

I have made a new template that replaces the old Card set table template. The new one uses a much lighter code syntax, and there's no redundant "table inside the table" element, either. So from now on, when you encounter a card page, it would be great if you could update it. Same goes for any new future pages, too. Energy X 15:21, February 1, 2020 (UTC)

OK. But let's see how others will do. Energy X 12:02, February 8, 2020 (UTC)

Latest set

You need to create a page similar to this one, just with different info. Energy X 13:35, February 12, 2020 (UTC)

Found 'em. Already on a rampage. Pitifulheartles (talkcontribs) 13:45, February 12, 2020 (UTC)

I am not so convinced that Cronograph and Astrograph Sorcerers should be included. It's just that they have a much more different appearance than the Magicians, and the resemblance towards Sevens Road Magician/Witch is a bit of a stretch. Energy X 22:52, February 19, 2020 (UTC)

They follow the attack schemes of "Dark Magician" and "Dark Magician Girl" though. Each series seems to pay homage in its own way back to these two either in looks, stats, or simply master/apprentice. Pitifulheartles (talkcontribs) 12:54, February 20, 2020 (UTC)
It's slightly better, though mind that these monsters are not what you could call signature ones. Energy X 17:51, February 20, 2020 (UTC)

I gave them a warning. If it persists, then warn me. Energy X 15:15, February 24, 2020 (UTC)

Silent Paladin's Relations

Greetings. I made some changes in Silent Paladin Trivia page. The changes I made were based on my own analysis on those cards' special effects, designs and symbolisms. These are explanations on those changes I have made:
1. The part about Silent Paladin being the daughter of both Silent Swordsman and Silent Magician given her "aesthetically similar" to both monsters, her "young age" and special effect do not add up. Furthermore, both monsters in Silent Paladin's special effect are children versions of Silent Swordsman and Silent Magician, and Silent Paladin is a mature young woman. It makes no sense that this indicate some sort of relationship between Silent Swordsman and Silent Magician, given that both monsters in the card effect are kids, and Silent Paladin is old enough to be their older sister.
2. Silent Swordsman and Silent Magician are based on Yugi Muto. Both represent his increasing maturity and duelling skills to the point he is strong enough to surpass Atem, his mentor. This can be seen in the fact that both monsters start off as children. Their facial features and expressions resemble Yugi Muto at most degree. As they level up, they mature physically and become more powerful at each turn. Claiming Silent Paladin being the daughter of aforementioned monsters is as baseless as claiming Jack's Knight is the son of Queen's Knight and King's Knight given his "young age" and "aesthetically similar" to both of them, and the fact that players are allowed to Special Summon him if both monsters are on the field. They are based on solitaire cards, just as Silent Swordsman and Silent Magician represent Yugi Muto.
3. Feel free to contact me if you wish to share your opinion. Goodbye.

Monster identification

An image in the first episode shows a number of monsters. Some have been identified, but two remain, could you identify them? Here's the link, and the ones identified are apparently these. Energy X 21:20, April 5, 2020 (UTC)

Nevermind, I found out the missing ones. Energy X 16:09, April 6, 2020 (UTC)
I can do better with actual art identification rather than mesh outlines of the actual monsters. Pitifulheartles (talkcontribs) 16:15, April 6, 2020 (UTC)
