Seeing as this is a Yugioh fansite and all I found it proper to add something more relevant to my page besides favourite quotes. These are a couple of decks I own. Since I moved to France a few months back for my studies I went through the trouble of trading the originals for their french counterparts (which was surprisingly easy, all things considered). Wasted effort though since both of these decks have been crippled by the banlists. Oh well...

Dr. Greysteel: "Such nonsense! Whoever heard of cats doing anything useful?"

Jonathan Strange: "Except for staring at one in a supercilious manner. That has a sort of moral usefulness, I suppose, in making one feel uncomfortable and encouraging sober reflection upon one's imperfections."

--excerpt from Susanna Clarke's "Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell"

Spike Spiegel: "Y'know, Jet... there are about three things in this world that I positively cannot stand."

Jet Black: "Whatever..."

Spike Spiegel: "And those would be... dogs, rugrats and tomboys."

Jet Black: "..."

Spike Spiegel: "So tell me, Jet... how is it that we now have all three of them neatly gathered on our ship?"

--"Cowboy Bebop" (Session #9 - Jamming with Edward)

Clint Barton: "You don't have to pay for my stuff. I have money."

Tony Stark: "I know you have money, I meant--"

Clint Barton: "--No, I mean, I have money now. Like--"

Tony Stark: "..."

Clint Barton: "--like money."

Tony Stark: "... Where did you get money?"

Clint Barton: "... Places?"

--Matt Fraction's "Hawkeye" (Issue #6 - February, 2013)

Minister: "...but also because you are helping us."

Alex: "Helping you, sir?"

Minister: "We always help our friends, don't we?"

Alex: "..."

--from Stanley Kubrick's "A Clockwork Orange"

Rosaleen: "And then they lived happily ever after?"

Grandma: "Indeed they did not!"

--from Neil Jordan's "The Company of Wolves"

Jaime Lannister: "Well, even if the boy lives, he'll be a cripple, grotesque. Give me a good, clean death any day."

Tyrion Lannister: "Speaking for the grotesques, I'll have to disagree. Death is so final. Whereas life, ah life is so full of possibilities."

--from HBO's "Game of Thrones" (S01E02 - The Kingsroad)

Woody: "You-are-a-TOY!! You are not the real Buzz Lightyear. You're-- oh, you're an action figure. You are a child's plaything."

Buzz: "You are a sad, strange little man. And you have my pity."

--from Pixar's "Toy Story"

Jean Gabin: "Pecqueux, I have to tell you something. Don't say a word and don't move. I killed her. That's right, I killed her. It's all over. I'll never see her again. It'll be the death of me, I know it. I couldn't bear to hold her anymore. I loved her, you know? I loved her little hands most of all. But there's one thing I don't get: why haven't they arrested me?"

--from Jean Renoir's "La bête humaine"

Decklists

Seeing as this is a Yugioh fansite and all I found it proper to add something more relevant to my page besides favourite quotes. These are a couple of decks I own. Since I moved to France a few months back for my studies I went through the trouble of trading the originals for their french counterparts (which was surprisingly easy, all things considered). Wasted effort though since both of these decks have been crippled by the banlists. Oh well...
