The Upper Deck Company, LLC is a California-based trading card producing company. Upper Deck Entertainment, was formerly licensed to manufacture the worldwide version of the game, commonly known as the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game, under Konami's direction, until losing it in a lawsuit.
