The Underground Labor Facility is a underground garbage dump in the Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V anime. People from New Domino City and the Facility are sent here to do garbage cleanup after losing in the Friendship Cup or captured by Sector Security. It is also operated by Lucas Swank, who helps find strong Duelists for Jean-Michel Roget.
