In Turbo Duels, you can remove Speed Counters to use the EX Skill. You can select a Duel Runner in the event page to change your active EX Skill. During Turbo Dueling, you can use both your EX Skill and the Skill you have set to your Deck.
Duel Board (Leo), Duel Board (Luna) - Can be used by removing Speed Counters. Effects vary depending on how many Speed Counters you remove. You can select the same effect twice per turn.
Giganto L - Can only be used by removing all Speed Counters when you have 3 or more Speed Counters. Effects vary depending on how many Speed Counters you remove.
Terrible Omen - Can be used by removing Speed Counters. Effects vary depending on how many Speed Counters you remove. When you select this Duel Runner, Speed Counters will not increase even if you Synchro Summon, but will increase by 3 if your opponent Synchro Summons. The same effect can only be used once per turn.
Duel Runner (Paradox) - Can be used by removing Speed Counters. Effects vary depending on how many Speed Counters you removed. If you select this Duel Runner, when you Special Summon a Level 7 or higher monster, your Speed Counter is increased by 2 per monster. In addition, you cannot Special Summon monsters except monsters with a Level.
Sturm und Drang - Can be used by removing Speed Counters. Effects vary depending on how many Speed Counters you removed. If you select this Duel Runner, as long as you have fewer Speed Counters than your opponent, you can activate each of your effects by removing 1 less counter than stated.
Duel Runner (Yuya) - Can be used by removing Speed Counters. Effects vary depending on how many Speed Counters you removed. If you select this Duel Runner, your Speed Counter will not increase when you Synchro Summon. Your Speed Counter will increase by 1 if you activate a card in your Pendulum Zone. In addition, your Speed Counter will increase by 2 when you Pendulum Summon.

Remove 3 or more - If you do not control a Field Spell, activate "Yami". If you remove 5 or more Speed Counters, activate "Earthbound Geoglyph" instead of "Yami".
Remove 3 or more - Return 1 "Earthbound Immortal" monster from your Graveyard to your hand. If you remove 10 or more Speed Counters, you can play the card instead of returning it to your hand.

Remove 4 - Play 1 Level 1 monster in your hand that can be Normal Summoned in Defense Position. If your opponent controls a Synchro Monster, you can play 1 "Meklord Emperor" monster in Attack Position on your field instead.
Remove 6 - Select 1 monster from your opponent's Graveyard and banish it. If your opponent has a Synchro Monster in their Graveyard, the monster will vanish instead of being banished.
