The Lost Art Promotion is a promotion in the TCG in which the Asian artworks of cards are distributed, with a different card being released each month. The twenty-first card, "Harpie Queen", was released in July 2020 for the Americas, and August 2020 for the rest of the TCG.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the announcement of the second wave of The Lost Art Promotion 2020 cards, the release of this card was accelerated.
Regarding the acceleration, Konami stated on their website that "This might mean you'll see card 20 before card 19 in your store, or card 23 before card 17, but we're going to do everything we can to make sure that every participating OTS has a chance!"[1]
