How can u normal summon this card again? I dun gt this card meaning...can sum1 explaiN

Tuned Magician, like a handful of other cards, is a Gemini monster, all bearing this text:

"This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect (Effect here):"

So when this card is on the field treated as a normal monster, you can use your normal summon for the turn to have it gain its effect. Since this is treated as a normal summon, cards like Bottomless Trap Hole or Solemn Judgement can be activated at this time. 3-D 07:59, 10 July 2009 (UTC)

When Gemini Monsters first came out, I wondered if they would mix them with other special types of effect monsters (i.e. Toon Monsters, Spirit monsters, and Union Monsters), but my friends said that would be stupid. Now there's a Gemini-Tuner hybrid.--Dragonking 01:52, 4 August 2009 (UTC)

Skill Drain[]

So since this card only becomes a tuner via an effect, can you use Skill Drain on it to prevent your opponent from using it as a tuner?
