If it was scrapped, it means it no longer exists or has no intention of becoming real. Same with Alco. Why leave up useless information about what might have been? Cosmic Blazar Dragon is the only exception to the rule because it existed in an alternate future, but the future changed. Alco and this card never came to be. People who ask about this are going to think we're stupid for posting about something that was left on the cutting room floor without any hard proof (and no, a link to a site only a few people can access does not count as proof). Perhaps one day, on the bonus features of the ZeXal DVD we'll know about Alco and The Closed Eight. Or perhaps, since you use a forum for your fact checks, you've been the poor victim of a joke. Either way, this page should be deleted on the ground that without actual proof that this could have happened, this is nothing but a junk article. --Rocket.knight.777 (talk • contribs) 06:32, February 15, 2014 (UTC)

: This is exactly my thought word by word. I really think this page and Alcor page need to be deleted. They have no sense.

Deletion

Shouldn't we delete this, since it hasn't been official/confirmed for 2 months or something, and it will probably never be used --StephenWalker97 (talkcontribs) 20:59, December 17, 2013 (UTC)

No, because it was officially confirmed via NAS itself, it may not have been used in the show but it is official, merely unused. Consider those previews to be ret-conned. IF NAS said they didn't put them up there and it was a hacker that would be a different story but thus far it looks like they have just changed there minds a lot and possibly a very disgruntled employee --slave(commandworks) 22:54, December 17, 2013 (UTC)

I think it's save to say this can be deleted. This was a just a speculation bit (or something of the like). --Rocket.knight.777 (talkcontribs) 07:49, February 14, 2014 (UTC)

Yeah Im all for deletion too. This card was meant to be used by Kaito against the 7 Barian Emperors but even if the source was official, maybe Konami scrapped the idea to quickly finish Zexal off and start Arc-V. This article has no reason to exist at all.

What has changed in the two months since this was last discussed. It was officially announced and then scrapped. We do not pretend it never happened. We document it like anything else. Cheesedude (talkcontribs) 16:51, February 14, 2014 (UTC)
Useless to me. We should vote whatever this page remains or is taken down.

Yano88 (talkcontribs) 16:59, February 14, 2014 (UTC)

How is that useless? He made a valid point. We don't just ignore what's officially announced even if it was scrapped. Shardsilver (talkcontribs) 17:06, February 14, 2014 (UTC)
Let me be clear: This article (and Alco's) is staying unless someone comes up with an actual reason for its deletion besides "it didn't happen". Cheesedude (talkcontribs) 17:11, February 14, 2014 (UTC)
meh. Each and every week new previews pop up and most of them turn out to be fake. According to previews Zexal was going to be a whole other anime. It was said that Kaito was supposed to use this card but it did not happened. End of the story. Why should we keep it here to occupy space? Why a user should came here and say: "Oh what is this closed eight?" "Nothin' just a card that appeared in a preview that it did turn out to not be the true thing. Dont mind it." This is the "actual reason". This page and article are pointless. Yano88 (talkcontribs) 17:20, February 14, 2014 (UTC)
If that's the case, information about ZEXAL's original premise should be somewhere on this wiki. If it isn't, I'd appreciate a source so that that can be rectified. "Someone is going to ask why this is here" is not a valid reason either. They ask? We answer them and move them. Cheesedude (talkcontribs) 17:26, February 14, 2014 (UTC)
Just for curiosity and to make things clear: can you post a link of this famous preview? At least we put it in the trivia section..Yano88 (talkcontribs) 17:29, February 14, 2014 (UTC)
NeoArkadia's first post on this page has the translation. Cheesedude (talkcontribs) 17:39, February 14, 2014 (UTC)

Rose

Is this a part of the "Rose" archetype? Yano88 (talkcontribs) 18:17, January 3, 2014 (UTC)

It has "ローズ" in its Japanese name, so yes. Cheesedude (talkcontribs) 18:24, January 3, 2014 (UTC)
