The new dragon could be a combination of Black Rose Dragon and Shooting Star Dragon. I think. IT does have petal-ish-like wings and Yusei & Aki were standing together holding each other hands. According to a blogger who is apparently reliable it's shooting star dragon with more wings-the question is how and why the altered form, though.
"Apparently reliable"? Nothing is reliable on internet, not even me. Everyone should simple choose if they believe in it or not, instead of trusting suspicious people. In my opinion, it's obvious that it isn't SSD, but if you want to believe it, believe it because it's your opinion, not because I said so. After looking at the page Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's - Episode 145 i would say it is a Delta Accel Synchro known as Falling Star Dragon if not a fusion of Red Nova Dragon Black-Winged Dragon and Shooting Star Dragon Known as Star Winged Nova Dragon
