Can the effect of this letter be activated when it(he,she) is deacartada for a cost?

To the above: yes, fabled monsters' effects activate when they discarded for a card cost making them different from the Dark Worlders in that respect.
Question: I don't recall seeing Krus on the HA3 release set with the other upcoming fableds; when can we expect to see this get an english release? (besides DT3 which can't be used until there is at least 1 other release of the card in TCG format.) It kind of sucks they would print all the others except Krus (and the The Fabled beasts.)
