The effect is unknown, but it must be better than the original "Colossal Fighter"'s effect.
I bet in something like this:
- Instead of 100, it gains 500 ATK for each warrior.
- It gains 100, just like the regular "Colossal Fighter", but can attack multiple times, up to the number of warriors in Graveyard (similar to Chimeratech Overdragon)

SJ posted the card image. The first effect let's you send up to 2 Warrior monsters from your deck to the Graveyard when this card is Special Summoned. The 2nd effect reduces your opponent's ATK by 100 points per Warrior in your Graveyard. The 3rd effect lets you Special Summon a "Colossal Fighter" from your Graveyard when this card on the field is destroyed.
Both the first and third effects are optional so they're prone to missing the timing.

Opponents monsters losing 100ATK * # of warrior-type monsters in Your Grave Yard is continuous. but what about "When this card on the field is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 "Colossal Fighter" from your Graveyard." Is this a trigger effect.
This is not a TCG-only card since its also released in the OCG.
