Structure Deck: Lord of the Magician is a Structure Deck in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Official Card Game (OCG). It is the sixteenth Deck in the OCG's Structure Deck series (twenty-fourth including the Character Structure Decks), following Structure Deck: Undead World. The TCG equivalent of this Deck is Spellcaster's Command Structure Deck.
In the Japanese OCG, Structure Deck: Lord of the Magician Limited Edition was released, containing a promotional card that depended on the retailer.
This was the final Structure Deck to use AE in its Asian-English print set numbers.
