Yu-Gi-Oh! Wiki

Sector Security, known as Security or Corrupted Security (セキュリティー Sekyuritī) in the Japanese version, is an organization led by Fusion Dimension's ex-agent Jean-Michel Roget, who attempts to maintain law and order in New Domino City as well as to arrest the Commons that they find in the Topsiders-restricted areas, appearing in Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V.[1] It is an alternate universe version of Sector Security from the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's anime.

A subsection of Sector Security are the Duel Chasers, who engage criminals in Turbo Duels[2] and the Stomptroopers, who catch fugitives that escape from the Facility.[3] After the events of the Friendship Cup, Declan Akaba reveals that both Commons and Topsiders are turning over a new leaf and working in unison, ultimately causing the organization to be disbanded.[4]

History[]

Friendship Cup[]

Friendship Cup Finals[]

Sector Security officers can be controlled by an operation called "King's Gambit"[5]; Roget initiated this in order to wrest authority from the High Council. During the first King's Gambit, hundreds of Security officers drove to the High Council's Hall of Dominion at once, putting it under siege. During the second King's Gambit, Security officers were called to quell several groups of rioting Commons. The Lancers and Chojiro Tokumatsu defeated most of the Security officers [6][7]; after Sora Perse and Moon Shadow infiltrated the Sector Security headquarters and forcibly shut down King's Gambit, they prevented Commons from clashing with the remaining officers.[8]. The remaining officers were then seen watching the Friendship Cup Final between Yuya Sakaki and Jack Atlas[9].

Deck[]

The ground-based officers of Sector Security use "Vigilante" Decks, which are used to easily Synchro Summon monsters like "Marksman Heiji Type 0", and exploit its effect to destroy as many monsters as possible and inflict effect damage, which coupled with his ATK value, can result in a OTK. If this monster leaves the field it can Special Summon the Synchro Material Monsters, thus ensuring durability. The Duel Chasers and Stomptroopers play different Decks.
