Biography[]
The scout followed Crow Hogan around insisted that as a winner of the World Racing Grand Prix, Crow should be more deserving of bigger things than a highway patroller.[2]
Crow received an invitation to join a pro league overseas and was later contemplating a decision with the scout standing with him.[2]
