Dr. Richard Goat Duels Leon Wilson by the roller coaster in Round 1 of the Grand Championship and lost to him. He is occasionally seen with two nurses accompanying him and even commands them to hand him his equipment like in an operation. He also seems to like to keep everything sanitary, even his Deck, and stated that Leon's Deck was very unsanitary.
