If the only monster you control is 1 face-up Xyz Monster: Activate this card by targeting that monster. While that monster is face-up on the field, negate the effects of all other face-up monsters on the field whose Rank or Level is higher than that monster's Rank, also those monsters cannot target the targeted monster for an attack. When that monster leaves the field, destroy this card.
