Pyramid Turtle appears in the video game, Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2008. Once the player has defeated Spirit of the Pharaoh in a Duel and exits the pyramid, Pyramid Turtle will be seen being bullied by Sand Moth, who is kicking sand in front of it. The player has the option to either help Pyramid Turtle or not. By helping it and defeating Sand Moth in a Duel, Pyramid Turtle will thank the player and lead him or her to the underwater portion of Sunlight.
