Pixie

"Pixie", known as "Yosei" (妖 (よう) 精 (せい) Yōsei) in Japan, is an archetype in the anime. Support cards did not exist until Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL, with "Pixie Gong". Although almost all members of this archetype have Fairy in their English names, the support cards for this and the "Fairy" archetype list them as separate from one another.

Etymology[]

The characters 妖精 (with the Japanese furigana ようせい, Yōsei) and フェアリー (Fearī) both have the same meaning of "fairy".
