Pepe "The Panther" Perez, known as Garcia Panther in the Japanese version, is one of the finalists of the World Duel Carnival in the Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL anime. He is the Dominican Republic (Brazil in the dub) Champion, and was the winner of that country's most recent tournament.[1]
In the underground section of the Duel Coaster, he formed an alliance with Count Crazy Fang and Lord Percius to defeat Vetrix but failed.[2]
