Nurse Reficule the Fallen One is a character version of the card, "Darklord Nurse Reficule".
Nurse Reficule the Fallen One appears in the video games, Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2008, Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's World Championship 2010: Reverse of Arcadia, and Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's World Championship 2011: Over the Nexus. In World Championship 2008, she appears after defeating all 5 decks used by Dark World Guardian - Gigori and Underworld Guardian - Moley, in the fourth world; darkness. When the player talks to her, she will ask the player if they want a face makeover in exchange for 500DP, and warns the player that she will not undo the makeover even if the player does not like it. The player's face is changed to one of the options that was available to them when they first created their character. There is a chance that after she finishes her makeover, Nurse Reficule the Fallen One will say "Aw, I goofed it up! But, sorry, there's no complaint desk here!". When this occurs, the player's eye colour will be changed as well, which is not something that can be done in the 'change image' menu. The face change result is fixed, meaning that the only way to receive a different face change when saving beforehand and resetting is to say "No" when talking to Nurse Reficule the Fallen One, and then trying again.
Deck[]
In World Championship 2010 and 2011, Nurse Reficule the Fallen One uses a "Bad Reaction to Simochi" Deck titled, "Shameful Malpractice" and "Adverse Reaction".
