The May 2002 Forbidden and Limited List was the first Forbidden and Limited list to go into effect in the TCG, on May 1, 2002.[1] This list covered the Booster Pack Legend of Blue Eyes White Dragon and Starter Decks Yugi and Kaiba, and was followed by the July 2002 Forbidden and Limited List.
In total this list contained 12 cards: 5 Monster Cards, 7 Magic Cards, 0 Trap Cards
Note that until the release of Magician's Force Spell Cards were called Magic Cards in the TCG.
