Shipman provides the voices of Shay Obsidian and Tony Simmons in Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V. Shay's first name in the dub was first confirmed by Shipman himself when he announced he had been cast in the role on Twitter.[1]
Personal life[]
Shipman plays the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game.[2]. He used to play a "Blackwing" Deck, a fact he himself noted was ironic considering the character he voices plays a "Raidraptor" Deck, another archetype of DARK Winged Beasts.[3]
He married Brittany Lauda, a fellow voice actor, in 2018.
