Manpei Takagi is a Japanese actor, model and voice actor. He provides the voice of Yuto in Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V.[2]
He has a twin brother, Shinpei Takagi, who provides the voice of Yugo in the same series.[3]
In tokusatsu, he is best known for his portrayal of Retsu Fukami/GekiBlue in the Super Sentai series, Juken Sentai Gekiranger.
