All I needed was a pencil and my imagination.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation promotional card is a one-of-a-kind Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game card designed by Tyler Gressle and unveiled on August 5, 2005.
The Make-A-Wish Foundation is a not-for-profit organization that grants wishes made by children with life-threatening medical conditions. Gressle was diagnosed with a rare form of liver cancer called undifferentiated embryonic sarcoma in October 2002, and the Foundation learned of Gressle and his family's battle some time later. Gressle and his family were invited to New York City to meet 4Kids Entertainment officials, the card he created, "Tyler the Great Warrior", was unveiled on August 5, and he and his father were given a tour of the Yu-Gi-Oh! facility. After returning to northern Kentucky, Gressle and his family were treated to a party in the VIP room at Jillian's Entertainment in Covington. Gressle made a full recovery.
