Kevin Monroe, known as Kouichirou Mikadono in the Japanese version, is a character appearing in Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL World Duel Carnival and Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V Tag Force Special.
In Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V Tag Force Special, Kevin is one of Sylvio Sawatari's three lackeys.
Etymology[]
"Mikado" is the name of the title for the emperor of Japan. Its kanji (帝) is featured in the original name of each of the Monarchs.
