KDE Judge Certification for the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG Has been posted on the Yu-Gi-Oh website. All other certifications are still currently unavailable until such time as Konami Japan approves the certification tests. Candidates need to be at least 16 years of age and have a valid COSSY ID and email address. The Rules Certification test can be found here.
