High Mage Kepura is one of the Mages in Yu-Gi-Oh! Forbidden Memories. He is located at the Meadow Shrine. The Prince faces him after defeating the Meadow Mage. The Prince duels and defeats him taking the Millennium Eye.
It is possible to win the card "Acid Trap Hole" after recieving a TEC rank for defeating High Mage Kepura.
He also appears as an enemy Marshal in Yu-Gi-Oh! The Falsebound Kingdom, named Kepulia.

High Mage Kepura's Deck consists mainly of cards that benefit from the Meadow Field. It also contains a lot of Dragons.
His most powerful card is "Gate Guardian", so it is helpful for the player to have a "Meteor Black Dragon", which can beat it, while placed under the Sun Guardian Star.
