Heartland Academy (ハートランド学 (がく) 園 (えん) Hātorando Gakuen) is the middle school for students who reside in Heartland City. The school is a large, circular building with many facilities for the students who attend there.

Due to the popularity of the Augmented Reality Duels, the school's central field area is a perfect place for the students to relax and Duel during their breaks.

Uniforms

The uniforms are kept in red for the first year boys and pink for first year girls, green for second year students, and blue for third year students.
