I've tried both decks and it seems that Blackwings are the best when it comes to swarming due to their support in both S/T cards and monster effects, mean while Deformer's, have much more support through their S/T's and not too much on getting them out through Deformer monster effects except for of course Morphtronic Celfon. Besides a lot of people are using Lightsworns and GB's because their the top meta decks and Blackwings is not that 'meta' anymore thanks to them limiting some of their cards.

:WHAT? Blackwings is one of the most used decks in the meta. Also, Gladiator Beasts are tier 1.5 now. --Reimu-H 21:55, November 29, 2009 (UTC)

I'm trying to build a Wicked god deck with an archetype that is good with swarming and stalling. Currently I'm using a Morphtronic deck base to help summon the Wicked gods, but I was wondering, would the Blackwings be more suited to this?

Mophtronics:

Pros:

 • Cheap costs
 • good stall cards

Cons:

 • Weak individually

Blackwings:

Pros:

 • Stronger monsters
 • good supports

Cons:

 • expensive

Which one is better?--Azure Knight-Zeo 23:21, November 20, 2009 (UTC)

Try frogs, they can be better at swarming then either of those. Lord of Amphibians 04:54, November 21, 2009 (UTC)

Why not try GB's

Well I have to agree with the frog deck idea but GB's have good swarm and good field control which can be way more helpful in situations, Happy Dueling!!--Berfomet 04:58, November 21, 2009 (UTC)

However if the Gladiator Beasts' strategy gets screwed up then the deck falls apart. While the Blackwings and Morphtronics have more adaptability. Also the Gladiator beasts have their own agenda, summon their strongest monsters. Blackwings have their synchros to focus on. The Morphtronics on the other hand have no real ace card, thus making them easier to manipulate for another purpose. --Azure Knight-Zeo 06:22, November 29, 2009 (UTC)

i belive that the ace card for morphtronics is Power Tool Dragon!!!!! big card for that deck

I am still going with BW since it's much cheaper than other and has easily gain field advantage... --FredCat100 19:42, November 29, 2009 (UTC)

GB's ?

I have played gladiator best for a long time and glaDS cant swarm on the field you can usually get only 3 or 2 out on the field.

Blackwings are they way to go.--Airbellum 21:21, November 29, 2009 (UTC)

i hope when you say cheaper you don't mean price cause we all know that would be a lie--Berfomet 21:21, November 29, 2009 (UTC)

Probably Blackwings
