Since it's not written on the card that they are effect monsters, are tuner monsters effected by non-spellcasting area?
Tuner monsters that don't have effects are still considered as non-Effect Monsters so you can use Non-Spellcasting Area on them.--Hide Head Turtle 00:56, May 6, 2010 (UTC)
