For previously official card rulings, there is a section called "Out of Date" for older rulings which are out of date.
What about rulings that are questionable? For example, Catapult Turtle has a ruling that says you can Tribute a face-down monster, but now its problem-solving card text says ATK on the field. One group of judges I talk to says that the damage for a face-down monster will by 0. Another group of judges I talk to says to ignore problem-solving card text and use Dark Strike Fighter's (who has no PSCT) ruling.
Should there be a section for questionable, unanswered rulings like that? Or does listing them under previously official do that well enough?

By the way the reason for confusion is because its PSCT says "ATK on the field".
