Just need to generally reduce my monster lineup and get rid of unnecessary extra cards so I have space to include the spells & traps I want.....

Fixed your table formatting. Also, it'll be easier to tell you what to cut if you first tell us everything you want to include. Synchron Decks 95% of the time are designed for going into Quasar, but you've got cards listed that imply you may want to go in another direction.
