:::Ok, did so. Had a random thought also, would something along the lines of [[One Day of Peace]] or [[Upstart Goblin]] be useful in this deck? I'm not going to add them without another opinion because they usually aren't really worth it (one day is a -1, goblin's LP gain effect can be a problem if you activate 2-3 of them in a duel) and I don't know what to take out for them, but they might help me draw into monsters, namely Geargiarmor or Geargiarsenal. I'm working on a DN Karakuri/Geargia deck. This deck list has been pretty good for me thus far, but I would appreciate any feedback that could help improve this deck more. 108.196.206.15 (talk) 21:58, September 21, 2012 (UTC) Bump...?

Side Deck

Drop Soul Taker, it's really just a carry over from last format, and is only really great as a side deck card. Also, make sure your side deck is actually made to handle the meta. You can probably drop Chain Disappearance to 2 and Gozen to 2. I would suggest adding in Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer or even Snowman Eater (This card has the DEF and Ability to kill Thunder King Rai-Oh who will stop most of your search effects, and TKRO has kinda become a staple for the main or side deck this format, so running to Snowman to kill TKRO is probably worth it, and Eater will usually survive). By the way, I think your siding way too much for the Wind-Up match-up. The other big 2 this format seem to be HERO and Geargia/Gadget Machina, your side doesn't seem to do enough for those decks. I would also keep the Noble Man of Crossout for the Geargia match-up, or replace them with 2 Cyber Dragon and 1 Chimeratech Fortress Dragon, these cards are just so huge in game 2 and 3, or use System Down as it ONLY AFFECTS your opponent.
Back to the main deck: I would replace Iron Call with Mind Control, Mind Control will give you a main deck answer to other Geargia/Gadget players, and stealing their monster to get your own search off of a Geargia Armor, or even using there own monster for a Synchro Summon is probably better than using one of your fallen monsters. Just saying, being able to remove their monster and use it for your own Massive Synchro Summon is probably better than using your own.Forbidden Lance should probably be moved up to 2, if you decide to drop the Soul Takers. Also, I think main decking 3 Veiler is too much, maybe just 2? That's just my 2 cents after playing this deck over the summer on DN. ---Dark Ace SP (Talk) 03:02, October 5, 2012 (UTC)
Thanks, made edits based on your recommendations. Any other suggestions? What could I remove in the Side Deck for 2 Snowman Eater for one? Also, anything I should include that would help me draw into/search monsters more rapidly? I'm effectively only running 17 monsters at the moment after all, though Duality does help a lot (not counting the 2 Veiler as monsters). 108.196.206.15 (talk) 01:32, October 6, 2012 (UTC)
I wish I could say, I mean I messed around with the Machina Version of the deck, and sadly totally forgot about Karakuri version. The only small thing I could say is maybe 2 Genex Neutron to help search for Watchdog and Strategist? You could drop the Birdman and 1 Watchdog for those 2. But I'm honestly not too sure, as I haven't been able to see any of the decklists from topping Karakuri/Geargia builds to get an idea of what others have been doing. ---Dark Ace SP (Talk) 02:23, October 6, 2012 (UTC)
I'll drop Birdman for Neutron and replace Triforce accordingly. I'm a little hesitant to remove a Watchdog though at the moment. 108.196.206.15 (talk) 02:37, October 6, 2012 (UTC)
You could also drop the Book of Moon in the side deck for another Snowman, Thunder King and Cyber Dragon will be what most people side against you, and even if book can help mitigate that risk, it's probably better to have a set Snowman Eater than a set Book of Moon. ---Dark Ace SP (Talk) 03:13, October 6, 2012 (UTC)
