Can i ask about Damage Step?
What if in Damage Step i attack with a monster that has 2000 attack versus opponent monster 1300 attack then he activates his/her rush recklessly. Can I activate my Inter-dimensional Matter Transporter even if it does not change the attack and defense of any monster. Just like I read from the the rulings of Damage Step
