  1. Caius' Trigger effect will be Chain Link 1 - LaDD's Quick effect will be Chain Link 2. LaDD's Compulsory effect is chained immediately to the activation of an effect monster or the activation of a Spell or Trap card and there's no way to interfere with it. Divine Wrath can be chained as Chain Link 3 and it will negate (and destroy) your Raida.
  2. Yes, your Stardust Dragon can be tributed to negate the activation of your opponent's Starlight Road.
  3. I didn't understand your question. For instance, if you Normal Summon your Green Gadget you have the priority to add 1 Red Gadget to your hand or you can activate another spell speed 2 card, like a Quick Spell card or a Trap Card. If you don't activate the Gadget's effect at this time then you won't be able to activate it anymore.
  4. Cards like Solemn Judgment, Black Horn of Heaven and Thunder King Rai-Oh can only be activated to negate "inherent Summons" (monsters are summoned by their own Summoning Conditions and their Summon does NOT start a Chain). Battle Fader is Special Summoned by its own effect and it starts a Chain so you can't negate it with Thunder King Rai-Oh and the like.
  5. In this case you have no window to activate D.D. Crow. Sending Machina Fortress to the Graveyard is part of its Summoning Conditions, it doesn't start a Chain and you can't respond to it with cards like D.D. Crow. You can only activate cards that negate the Special Summon of a monster (like Thunder King Rai-Oh at this time. I'll be more than happy to be corrected, though.
  6. You can activate the effect of "Royal Oppression" to negate an effect that Summons 1 monster, or Summons multiple monsters (like... "The Shallow Grave"...).
7. I don't have an answer to this question, sorry. :P--151.51.183.84 (talk) 21:23, September 6, 2010 (UTC)
2) "Stardust Dragon" can negate "Starlight Road" only if "Starlight Road" would destroy a card on the field. If "Starlight Road" is negating "Heavy Storm", then "Heavy Storm" is still on the field. Thus, "Starlight Road" would destroy it, so "Stardust Dragon" can negate "Starlight Road". If "Elemental Hero Absolute Zero" is sent to the Graveyard and "Starlight Road" tries to negate its effect, then "Elemental Hero Absolute Zero" can't be destroyed since it's in the Graveyard. Thus, "Starlight Road" won't destroy anything, so "Stardust Dragon" can't negate it.
3) I'm not sure what you're asking, but try reading Missing the Timing. If that doesn't help, then concentrate and ask again.
Note that you don't use Priority to activate "Red Gadget"'s effect -- it is a Trigger Effect, so it activates automatically.
Other than that, what he said. --Deus Ex Machina (Talk) 22:38, September 6, 2010 (UTC)

so, neither opression nor SJ can negate fader, and if there is a machina fortress in my opponents grave and he discards a force i can't drow it? ok thanxs guys. Yes, im Pato (talkcontribs) 17:19, September 7, 2010 (UTC)

The important thing to know is that Solemn Judgment cannot negate Monster Effects. That is why it cannot negate the effect of Battle Fader that special summons itself. Royal Oppression can still negate effects that special summon.-- HHTurtle Talk   01:29, September 8, 2010 (UTC)

btw:

can solemn warning negate:

a) macro cosmos b) starlight road 3) soul exchange

and opression negate

a) macro cosmos b) starlight road

both assuming i dont want 2 summon neither helios nor stardust. Yes, im Pato (talkcontribs) 01:53, September 8, 2010 (UTC)

Yes, for the first 2. Solemn Warning negates any effect that include a special summon, even if you choose not to special summon the monster. For the third quetion, Soul Exchange doesn't summon any monsters. It only allows you to tribute your opponent's monsters.-- HHTurtle Talk   02:13, September 8, 2010 (UTC)

more, down next....

1) royal oppresion active, scout plane removed from play, a player activates RO effect, it doent come back right? it isn't like treeborn frog, it activates only once in the end phase of the turn it was removed, right?

2) book of life, chain imperial iron wall, it resolves.... how? is the zombie summoned?

more questions, when i come up with em. Yes, im Pato (talkcontribs) 18:18, September 13, 2010 (UTC)

1) Unlike Treeborn Frog, D.D. Scout Plane must activate its effect during the End Phase of the turn it was sent to the RFP Zone (and it activates only once per turn). If you negate the Special Summon of Scout Plane then it never leaves the RFP Zone and it stays there permanently.

2) Book of Life targets two monsters (a Zombie Type monster in your Graveyard and 1 monster in your opponent's Graveyard). After activation, if 1 of the targets leaves the Graveyard (i.e., your opponent chains D.D. Crow or Monster Reborn) then the effect affecting the other monster still resolves. If your opponent chains Imperial Iron Wall to your Book of Life, during resolution you will Summon the targeted Zombie Type monster from your Graveyard but you won't remove the targeted monster in your opponent's Graveyard. wait... i don't understand the question about Machina Fortress... If Machina Fortres is discarded for the effect of another Machina Fortress, you could use D.D. Crow. You can't discard 1 Machina Fortress and another machine to special summon that same Machina Fortress, because that's part of the summoning cost NOT FrogtheJam (talkcontribs) 22:11, September 13, 2010 (UTC)

Nope, you are wrong. You can Special Summon from the Graveyard the same copy of Machina Fortress you just discarded along with another Level 1 or higher Machine Type Monster. Machina Fortress has 7 Stars and it requires a total of 8 Stars to meet its Summoning Condition... And it makes sense for this reason. :)

  • From Machina Fortress' Rulings page: You can discard “Machina Fortress” itself as part of the cost to Special Summon it.--151.51.138.101 (talk) 22:23, September 13, 2010 (UTC)

OK that's bs but it's in the rulings so... *starts looking for Structure Deck: Machina Mayhem* NOT FrogtheJam (talkcontribs) 22:29, September 13, 2010 (UTC)

Futhermore, you cannot activate the effect of D.D. Crow and target the monsters that were discarded because it is a Summoning Condition that doesn't start a chain.-- HHTurtle Talk   01:02, September 14, 2010 (UTC)

Well that part i knew but i didn't know you could discard Machina Fortress for his own cost NOT FrogtheJam (talkcontribs) 02:00, September 14, 2010 (UTC)
