Does their effect still activate if they are Normal Summoned?
Example:Simorgh, Bird of Ancestry is on the field, Raiza's LV basically becomes 4 69.224.118.34 09:50, 28 April 2009 (UTC)
- The condition for the Monarch's effect still applies. e.g. If you normal summon a Raiza by Cost Down of Simorgh, his effect is not activated because he states that he must be successfully Tribute Summoned first. All Tribute Summons are Normal Summons, but not vice versa. Keep that in mind. --Darth Covah (Talk | Contribs) 14:38, 28 April 2009 (UTC)
