Jin is a fortuneteller working as a Numbers Hunter under Kaito Tenjo's orders.
Biography
Jin kidnaps Kotori and the rest of the Numbers Club in order to entice Yuma Tsukumo into Dueling him so that he can obtain his Numbers for Kaito Tenjo.[1]
Abilities
As a fortuneteller, Jin claims to be able to foretell the upcoming future. Before he met the Numbers Club, he used a set of cards to foretell that future event; he revealed "Stray Lambs" and "Reaper of the Cards". Jin, representing the "Reaper of the Cards", kidnaps the Numbers Club, or "Stray Lambs". As shown in his Duel against Yuma Tsukumo, he even uses this ability when he duels.
When Jin ultimately loses to Yuma, he is exposed as a charlatan who uses technology not only to pretend to predict the future, but cheat at Duel Monsters. After his duel with Yuma it's shown that he cheated even more by hiding Number 16 Ruler of Color Shock Ruler in a hidden box so it was not absorbed by Astral. But then Kaito appeared and dueled him for it which Jin looked happy about, but then his scream is heard and Kaito is shown with Jin's Number.
As a Numbers Hunter, he can take "Numbers" from their holders, like Kaito Tenjo, using Photon Hand.
