Earthbound Immortals

Earthbound Immortal Chacu Challhua, known as Earthbound God Chacu Challhua (地縛神 Chacu Challhua, Jibakushin Chaku Charua) in the Japanese version is a character version of the card "Earthbound Immortal Chacu Challhua". It is one of the "Earthbound Immortals", and it is used by Greiger.

Appearance[]

Like all "Earthbound Immortals", "Chacu Challhua" is a gigantic black, exaggerated animal with a secondary color; "Chacu Challhua" is a killer whale with a purple secondary color. "Chacu Challhua" has a purple underbelly and noticeably thicker markings than most "Earthbound Immortals". "Chacu Challhua" has long, "fingered" fins, and some shark-like characteristics; its body is slightly shark-like and its dorsal fin protrudes from the ground when it submerges. It moves through the air and the ground by "swimming".

Biography[]

Earthbound Immortal Chacu Challhua was empowered with the souls of the people of Greiger's village, and later given to Greiger hiself after he agreed to be transformed into a Dark Signer. Greiger Summoned "Chacu Challhua" during his Turbo Duel with Crow. Despite the danger "Chacu Challhua" posed even as Crow attempted to mitigate its threat, Crow was able to put himself into a position to destroy it with the effect of his "Blackwing - Silverwind the Ascendant". To both Crow and Greiger's shock, they saw Greiger's siblings, Annie and Max, within "Chacu Challhua's" substance, and Crow called off his attack. Greiger in turn tried to forfeit the Duel, but Chacu Challhua possessed him and continued the match even as Greiger violently resisted the possession and begged Crow to defeat him. Crow was able to turn the effect of Greiger's "Basara" against him, destroying the submerged "Chacu Challhua" and defeating the possessed Greiger.
