Dexter, known as Tenpei Hayano (早 (はや) 野 (の) 天 (てん) 兵 (ぺい) Hayano Tenpei) in the Japanese version, is a character in Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V anime. He is an alternate universe version of the Dexter that appeared in the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's anime.

Biography

Dexter attended the final day of the Friendship Cup with his parents and watched the finale of the Duel between Yuya Sakaki and Jack Atlas.
