The December 2002 Forbidden and Limited List was the fourth Forbidden and Limited list in the TCG, going into effect on December 1, 2002.[1] This list updated the previous October 2002 list, changing three cards from Semi-Limited to Limited (making this the first list to change the status of a card added in a previous list) and adding nine cards from the Booster Pack Pharaoh's Servant and one from Tournament Pack: 2nd Season, and was followed by the April 2003 Forbidden and Limited List.
