Is that really accurate? Considering there are 15 Secret Rares in Hidden Arsenal, you'd have 36 1/15 chances of acquiring each card, making it probable for you to see 2 Catastors, 2 Brionacs and 2 Mist Wurms and possibly one more of those three. Saying that you only see 2 of each means you're seeing exactly what probability would dictate is likely and so that would obviously mean they weren't short printed.
