- This card is similar to "Dragon Piper", where its Flip Effect destroys all "Dragon Capture Jar"s on the field and has an additional effect when it destroys it. They also both have a Normal Monster counterpart; this monster's counterpart is "Weather Control".
- The doll hanging off of this card's umbrella is a teru teru bōzu, a good-luck charm in Japanese culture that is thought to bring clear, sunny days if hung from the window during the night before.
- Ironically, it's only hurting the snowman's chances of survival as it'd begin to melt.
- This card, "An Unfortunate Report" and (technically) "Mischief of the Time Goddess" are the only three cards in all of Yu-Gi-Oh! that have an effect that allows a player to repeat a turn Phase during the same turn, or in the latter's case, get a second Battle Phase. The former two cards also have the word "Report" in their names, which in both cards, is the last word in each card name.
- This card's effect could indicate that the snowman wants to destroy any source of light to keep itself cold.
