- This monster could be based on the drop bear, a carnivorous koala from the Australian mythology.

- Before 2018, its TCG name was "Vampire Koala", but due to the original name of this card being 「きゅうけつコアラ」 (Bloodsucking Koala), so it was not affected by "Vampire" supporting cards.
