This card appears to be a vampire-like version of "Des Koala" or another "Koala" monster.

This monster could be based on the drop bear, a carnivorous koala from the Australian mythology.

If you look closely at the background, you can see Dracula's castle, from the Castlevania Games.

In an episode of The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, a character named Hoss Delgado mentioned Vampire Koala. He stated that it was also part bear.

The symbol on its forehead very closely resembles the symbol used on many costumes by the character Batman.

The original name of this card is 「きゅうけつコアラ」 (Bloodsucking Koala), so it is not affected by "Vampire" supporting cards.
